    Holy sh!t, that's a crazy stat!

Well, they were bold predictions hahaha. That is one of the most remarkable stat's I've ever seen though.

I'm doing serious ones, since I'm nearly clever enough to come with some of the things others have haha.

    1) Lupul breaks 70 points after playing largely a healthy season. Kessel breaks 90 because his running mate is healthy
    2) Ovechkin doesn't break 80 points but establishes himself as one of the best leaders in the game and wins the Selke
    3) Girgensons makes the NHL and becomes the best 2012 draft rookie for the current year and is a Calder finalist. Baertschi puts up a 60 point season to win the award. Other finalist? Brad Ross, playing on Grabovski's wing, puts up 20 goals, 20 assists, 200 plus hits and 100 PIM's. Also gets a 3 games suspension.
    4) Norris finalists: Byfuglien for a 20 goal, 65 point performance, Jack Johnson for a 15 goal, 60 point season, and Dion Phaneuf for a 15 goal, 55 point season. Byfuglien takes it.
    5) Tavares stand steady at 80 points.
    6) Tim Thomas is traded, and the team that gets him succeeds in getting him to play. He plays Boston in the first round and knocks them out.
    7) Luongo gets traded, takes his team to final, but loses. Vancouver fans claim he's a choker and they made the right move trading him. Luongo plays for the team that knocks the Canucks out of the playoffs and the player they get for Luongo plays his way into being waived.
    8) Calgary surprises everyone, making the playoffs as a mid-round seed. Feaster's moves show that you can in fact rebuild a team on the fly. Also, Jankowski destroys the NCAA, thereby going a little ways to proving Feaster correct with his "best player from the draft" comment.
    9) Subban once again struggles in his season. Common issues arise that mirror the Phaneuf situation in Calgary. Bergevin doesn't make the same mistake as Sutter however. Still, Subban is traded to Minnesota for Dumba and Coyle.
    10) Martin Frk surprises everyone, making the Red Wings out of camp to replace Holmstrom. Pulls a Ryan O'Reilly and holds his own on the year.

    Let's take a crack then...

    1) James Neal scores only 25 goals, even with Malkin or Crosby healthy for most of the season.
    2) Evander Kane scores 45, third for the Rocket Richard Trophy behind John Tavares and Steven Stamkos.
    3) Paul Mclean shaves his mustache and he catches a cold that sidelines him for 2 weeks.
    4) Detroit does surprinsingly well without Lidstrom, gets to the Stanley Cup finals, but loses to the NY Rangers.
    5) Rick Nash scores 5 against Columbus in his first game back there.
    6) Ryan Suter asks to be traded back to Nashville after he finds out how lazy Dany Heatley is on the ice.
    7) Alex Ovechkin morphes into a defensive third-liner.
    8) The San Jose Sharks miss the playoffs, Patrick Marleau gets all the blame (once again)
    9) Cristobal Huet gets back to the NHL and steals the #1 role on his new team.
    10) No one on the Jets squad gets arrested for drinking and driving some kind of locomotion engine.
    Points-only keeper league. 12 teams. Keep any 12 players. Dress 12F - 6D - 2G.

1 - Pronger plays at least one game this year (OK, wishful thinking here).
2 - The Edmonton Oilers make the playoffs.
3 - The Minnesota Wild win the Northwest Division.
4 - The Calder trophy will be won by somebody without a U in their name (sorry Yakupov, Granlund, Huberdeau).
5 - JvR will have a healthy season and score over 60 points.
    6 - As will Voracek.
7 - Both the Sharks and Kings will miss the playoffs.
8 - Sergei Bobrovsky will represent the Blue Jackets in the All Star game.
9 - Roberto Luongo will still be a Canuck on Christmas day.
10 - All hell will break loose in a Penguins/Flyers game (needed a slam dunk to balance out #1).
