Right now I'd put the odds at:

    65% Philly
    35% Nashville

But, the Predators won't just walk away with compensation picks - 2 or 3 of those picks will be traded back to Philly for a good player package (not including Couturier or either Schenn brother).

I think this will all shake out as Weber to Philly and Meszaros, Voracek, Gustafsson and a 1st rounder to Nashville. The Predators then flip the other 1st rounder to a team for a good roster player before signing a couple decent free agents to fill out the roster.

In the end this will not be the "death blow" to Nashville that some are making it out to be. They will have lost Weber and Suter but could end up with something like...

    Voracek (F)
    Meszaros (D)
    Gustafsson (D)
[Good Forward] - in exchange for Philly's other 1st
    [Good Free Agent]
    [Decent Free Agent]
    [Filler]

    ... and most importantly...

[Financial flexibility to reward/retain their other players and lure some others over the next 4-5 years]

Voracek makes sense and would be pretty funny too- lol! I have heard a lot of chat lately about people trying to scoop up J-Vo for his big breakout next season skating alongside Roo. Can you imagine if he got dumped to Nashville??

He would immediately be shifted into my "Trade ASAP" column while Ryan Ellis would be in my "Buy! Buy! Buy!" column.

I can't see them trading him after a year unless its that much of a nightmare, but he is saying all the right things right now.

Nash will want a boatload in return if they did happen to deal him esp after paying him that much money.

THe best situation is them hanging on to him and building around him, I just hope that they can.
