It seems that we've lost a manager this summer for our keeper league. The 'twist' is that keepers can only be kept for a specified number of years at which time they must be released back into the next years draft. This year some of the top players available in the draft include Claude Giroux, Shea Weber & Henrik Lundqvist. The roster of the team in need of replacement includes:

We will be doing an off line draft starting mid to late July to fill out the remainder of our rosters. Full rosters include 25 players (3C, 3RW, 3LW, 3F, 6D, 2G, 5bench & 3 IR).
Scoring categories include:
Goals (G), Assists (A), Plus/Minus (+/-), Penalty Minutes (PIM), Powerplay Points (PPP), Shorthanded Points (SHP), Game-Winning Goals (GWG), Shots on Goal (SOG), Faceoffs Won (FW), Hits (HIT), Blocks (BLK)
Wins (W), Goals Against Average (GAA), Saves (SV), Save Percentage (SV%), Shutouts (SHO)

Another off season and more managers to replace. We have 3 teams that need new managers this season. I think we will pool the players from the 3 teams and let the new GM's do a mini draft to create their starting rosters. The league wide draft will be later in the summer for all FA's.

You can see that since this is the 4th year in the league the longer contracts are starting to expire and the stars are becoming FA's. Next year will be the end of the 5 year contracts (the longest we could give out in year 1) and will see even bigger stars available.

One of our managers seems to have gone AWOL... If I can find an active manager I'm inclined to replace him. We are in the midst of our FA draft (round 4 of 12), so the team can still be shaped by the new manager. Current roster (with years remaining on contract in parenthesis).
