FYI - Watching the Jays game and Morrow just took a ball off his ankle. He left the game with some assistance. No updates on his condition yet.

****. As a Jays fan this one kills. Morrow is by far the best pitcher the Jays have...I said it at the beginning of last year that I thought Morrow was more suited to be this team's ace than Romero is and I still stand by that.

This feels so reminiscent of Doc having his likely Cy Young season ended early by a comebacker back in 2005. Not that I'm saying Morrow is going to win the Cy Young this year but he's been having a fantastic season. Hopefully the damage isn't too severe.

Update....good news x-rays negative...calling it a shin contusion (or to simplify bruise).

Love the way Morrow has been pitching too, rock solid!
