Really depends which league you enjoy, or know more?
The NL is deeper, since it has 16 teams versus 14.
But with some many stars going to AL, the AL is top heavy at the top imo.

Best of luck I won my first 10-team AL-only league 2 years ago, but it wasn't pretty. The guys you end up rostering....*shivers*

Doesn't help at all but thanks for your reply. I am doing research, it's my first one so just looking for any input from people who have been in them before.

    Thanks again.

Hootie's correct - which league do you enjoy more. However, what I would do is do the league that's opposite my home team. So for me it would be NL. Most likely, you tend not to follow players as much, and would force you to keep track of really deep players you'd never think of following.
    Keeper League:

    F) N.Backstrom, E.Malkin, V.Lecavalier, P.Mueller, A.Mcdonald, B.Boyes, A.Hemsky, S.Horcoff, K.Turris, D.Jeffrey, M.Perreault, C.O'Reilly, S.Upshall, M.Erat, S.Gagne, D.Legwand D) S.Souray, M.Streit, A.Babchuk, T.Gilbert, I.Cole, J.Hillen, M.Methot G) B.Elliott, S.Varlamov, C.Ward, J.Reimer P) N.Kadri, E.Kuznetsov, S.Shirokov, V.Tarasenko, J.Blum, OEL, J.Moore, O.Pavelec

Interesting idea, being a Jays fan too (I assume by your avatar you're one) it would be the NL.

Thanks for the reply, rep coming your way.
