Not a whole lot left to offer fantasy teams. Maybe a deep league option at this point.

I agree. Fantasy owners could do worse than turning to Helton as a short-term injury replacement in mixed leagues, but he won't hit for enough power or drive in enough runs to be a reliable, long-term at first base in those formats. His patient and selective approach at the plate allows Helton to still be a productive player in the big leagues, but don't expect more than 10-15 homers, a .290 average and 65 RBIs.

Agreed as well.

What a great career though, he also carried my fantasy teams in years past. I loved owning him.

His 162 game averages over his career are awesome.
