I only have 2/5 SPs. (CJ Wilson & Garza)
My hitting line-up is completely set.

Who do you like on the list above? (for categories listed)

If this is for this year you have to go Wandy or Kuroda anticipating them to get moved to a contender.
Carpenter is always a good pickup even if he is not what he was. Baker has pitched great as of late.

    RW: Hossa, Doan, Hemsky, Mueller

If it is like my dynasty league that I run, you have to pay their actual salaries. If that is the case, I would stay away from just about all of those players as their salaries are all terrible. The guy I probably like the best is Cory Luebke. He is young, cheap, and has played great this year which are all three big things that are great in a dynasty league.

Thanks guys. I went with Carpenter.
There is no salary. Carpenter's been pretty healthy, gets a lot of IP still.
I know he's on the decline - but I drafted an older line-up to give me a shot at winning next year. The young pitchers seem to be popping up nicely these days.

I've streamed Luebke in for his last 2-3 starts in my ESPN league (in SIG) and he's been excellent. If he's there on my turn back, I'll take him.

Pitchers selected since my pick (Round 14, Pick 5/14) are now in red.

Any more advice is very welcome... since I've reached the stage of the draft where I just don't know enough about these pitchers!

wandy is the other top end win now option, and kuruda may fall even farther. carpenter, kuruda and wandy should give you a good 123 for winning now, but you will need to hedge some of those old guys with some young talent.

As for younger guys, Sanchez and Jackson. Both have some mlb success and have great stuff.

In the late stages (depending on how deep your benches are) i would target Carrassco, Davis, neise, and matuzs.

Haha not bad buddy, but can it beat this staff?

    SP- Tommy Hanson (ATL)
    SP- Michael Pineda (SEA)
    SP- Josh Beckett (BOS)
    SP- Madison Bumgarner (SF)
    SP- Johnny Cueto (CIN)
    RP- Huston Street (COL)
    RP- Fernando Salas (STL)
    RP
    RP

I've got three more spots to fill but its looking good so far, good luck with the rest of your picks! I think I would have gone with a guy like Baker if I was in need of an SP, Carpenter is just too old for me.
