Ok so I answered my own question, i found the search database by player name and found he is starting in Low Class A and went 2/4 with 1 RBI and a SB in his first game for the Hagerstown Suns.
What level in the minors is Harper starting at this year? I want to follow his stats on baseball america but cant find him in the Wash system.

Thanks for the info!
Like you mentinoed he's starting in the low level minors, but should find himself advancing rather quickly. He did go 2-4 - one of them on a bunt single. He also attempted two stolen bases, and was caught once, but you can already see he's planning on running, and his power game has been well documented.

Bryce will be getting the drive-by version of each stop in the minors. He could even find himself in Washington in September. I tend to think the Nats will make him wait until next Spring, when I think he'll be given a legit shot at landing a starting OF spot.
What's crazy is that Harper turned 18 years of age in October. He was born in 1992!

Nice I was just about to pose the exact same question. Yeeeaaahhhh Dobber Baseball.
What are the chances he'll play this year? I drafted him pretty early in my draft because I already have a pretty dirty team and could 'waste' an early pick even if he didnt play this year.
Thanks again guys for any input.

Very unlikely. Maybe a look in September, but think they're going to want to play this one right and keep him in the minors for the full year.

I will continue to say he is two years away, he's going to be something else when he's big league ready. Stash him in any keeper leagues you can ASAP.

I really, really want this kid on my team. No idea what to offer the owner though. He just traded Halladay and Ubaldo for Dempster, Napoli, Machado, Lawrie and Matusz. So he's clearly insane.

His stats in the first 22 games and next 22 games are a mirror image, pretty consistent so far, I would like to see him called up to AA sometime in June to see how he handles that level.
Harper got the call up to AA on July 4th

harper is a beast, but remember there is no such thing as a can;t miss prospect.
Baseball America #1 preseason Prospects from 98-2008:
Ben geive- total miss
jd drew- mixed
Rick Ankeil- total miss miss. he became a headcase, then moved to the OF
Josh Hamilton- took forever to reach the bigs but was a success
Josh Beckett- success
mark texiara- success
joe maurer- success
Delmon young- mixed
dice k- mixed
jay bruce- mixed
So in 10 yeears, the #1 prospect has been a total flop twice, a top 75 guy 4 times, and an MVP level guy 4 times. So i would expect a similar chance for harper, 20% he falls apart, 40% he becomes a decent big leaguer but not great, and 40% chance he becomes an elite player
