    Being for NOOBs, I think Roto will give a better overall picture of how to balance your team statistically. I would join another H2H pool though if you are willing to be the comish & set it up!

    I can not lie I am very pleased we did Roto. H2H is boring as hell for baseball. No skill needed to build a roster, draft a bunch of boppers and thats it. SB's and Batting Avg/OBP/OPS mean NOTHING in a H2H league just guys who hit HR's. Weaksauce. H2H leagues are for people who do not like a challenge of an entire season.

    I find it's best to have both. Roto probably provides a "truer" picture of building a team, but a couple of key injuries in your roto team, and you're in for a boring summer.

    H2H leagues using standard 5x5 or similar aren't very good, but if the stats are tweaked a little, they can be just as good as roto leagues.
