New Rankings for Forum - ready now

I figured out how to add levels. I have two new levels:

Fantasy Newbie 0
Rookie Sensation 25
Fantasy Hockey Addict 100
Fantasy Hockey Pro 250
Fantasy Hockey Expert 500
Fantasy Hockey Genius 1000
Fantasy Hockey Guru 2500
Dobber-like Fantasy Titan 4000

\"Titan\" will be increased to 5000 once Shoeless gets there...

Pretty good new ranking. Will Shoeless always be our titan??? I can\'t see any post decrease from him...
