I think it is important that he goes for the surgery. If he didn\'t, we might have a McNabb situation in which he would just get hurt again. With the surgery, I don\'t discount him much for next season.

Still, I\'d like to see what someone who has had this or knows someone who has had this would say about the effects it has on his speed. I wonder if it would slow him down even after he recovers. Not sure.
