Bryzgalov
Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren, through a team spokesman, said goalie Ilya Bryzgalov was fine after the team’s 5-3 loss to Tampa Bay on Monday.
Bryzgalov’s limp said otherwise.
Bryzgalov, who has become the Flyers’ meal ticket, limped noticeably around the locker room after the game and apparently had X-rays.
It was Bryzgalov’s 19th start in 20 games, and coach Peter Laviolette has said he wants to get Sergei Bobrovsky some action.
Because of Bryzgalov’s potential injury _ he may have gotten hit on the leg during warm-ups Monday _ the Flyers figure to err on the side of caution and use Bob on Thursday in Toronto.
Apparently something happened late in the TB game, no word on how serious the injury is. I'm very much hoping it's just a bruise or mild strain and he'll be back for the weekend!

Supposedly it's a very small bone chip and he will be able to play this weekend, but if his foot is bothering him, I'm not sure I want him to start against two very good offensive teams...

The bone chip happened in warmups...take from that what you will, but he played the entire game after it. I'd suspect a Bob-heavy next week or two and Bryz to return for the playoffs.
