    Default Tokarski worth a flyer?

Is there a shot Tampa gives him the majority of starts down the road? I had backstrom and harding but both are out and I wasn't really keen on picking up Hackett. Hackett got picked up anyways but Minny has been a mess for the last couple of months anyways.

Tokarski played decent last night and if it wasn't for a poor giveaway late in the game he might have ended up winning.

Is he worth picking up? i got the extra spots with minny down and out.

Are we looking 25%, 50%, 75% of the games down the road?

Goalies are very slim pickings in our league.

To give you an idea of who is available: Bachman, Greiss and Chris Mason

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks

Since their other option on goal is Roloson, yeah, there's a very good chance they're going with Tokarski until Garon returns. Roloson is done and can't be trusted. The guy can't even stop a beachball these days.

The word is that Yzerman is looking goalies from Europe (like the Bruins did with Turco) but there's really not much options available. So Tokarski is probably their best option and makes a decent pick up in your league. I can see him getting the majority of starts from now on until Garon is healthy.

What is the rest of the season expectations of this guy? Does he get any starts when Garon returns? Would you rather have him or Ben Bishop for the final month of the season?

Well really short term I would go with Bishop as he's on a better team. Anderson I don't think is going to be out as long as Garon. Tokarski may not win as often but will at least give you a fair shot at a win. I honestly think this is a perfect time to see if he's legit to be in the NHL. So Stevie Y will take a long look at him to see if he needs to make a play for Schnieder in the summer. If all goes well he'll be backing up at least if not pushing for the starting spot for Tampa next year. Garon hasn't really worked out there he's really a solid back up IMO and Rollie wont be there next year. So Steve Y will run Tokarski to see What he needs to do in the Summer.
