The trade was made last night. I accepted it prior to the injury which isn\'t supposed to be bad anyhow. I wasn\'t keeping Ranger or Enstrom and I replaced Kaberle as a Keeper with Lidstrom. SO really it was 2 picks for Lidstrom. What do you guys think?

helps you compete better this year (assuming injury to lidstrom isn\'t serious) and given your limits on D keepers it makes sense.
the two picks, with your keepers are in the 84-91 range overall, so not drastic.
overall I\'d say it was fairly equal for both sides. I assume the other team is rebuilding.

To me Lidstrom is a forward who plays D on the best team. That was a great trade. Congrats bud, you had to give up something for him in Enstrom but I love this trade.

Side note...I think you might be the first person I\'ve ever heard utter the words, \"Kaberle isn\'t a D keeper for me\". That must be a nice position to be in...I\'m not 100% sold on Whitney over Kaberle, but you certainly have some solid options where it\'s hard to go too far wrong.
