My Spezza for his Gomez/Boyle

Hey guys, just wondering what your thoughts are on this deal. I\'ve only got 2 D-men on my team with Zubov on IR (others are Redden and Wideman). My team is a few points out of the playoffs and I\'ve still got an outside shot at this.

My current roster is:

C: Mikko Koivu, Joe Thornton, Marleau, Gagner, Spezza, Umberger

LW: AK46, Shanny, Kunitz, Stillman

RW: Zherdev, Gionta, Lehtinen, Iginla

D: Redden, Wideman (Zubov on IR)

G: Hasek, Osgoode, Lalime

Any thoughts?

Cats are G, A, plus/minus, PIM, PPP, GWG, SOG

One year leeague? Need more info.

I agree not enough information to properly access the trade if it is a one year league. Keeper league would not do this.

This is a one year league...I guess my intention with this trade is to try and fill the void in my defense spot as well as making up for some of the loss of Spezza. He was offering me 2 waiver moves as well since I\'m down to 4 moves left.

Other d-men available on FA are Zidlicky, Seabrook, Kubina, Coburn, Tarnstrom, Keith, Paul Martin, Oduya, Robidas...would it be better to just pick up one of these guys with my limited waiver moves? Marleau is going on IR, so I\'ll have the spot without having to drop anyone.
