According to Sharks radio:
Midway through the second period, Nabby got a huge shot in the head and the mask broke due to the velocity of the shot. A lot of blood and he took a towel and headed back to the dressing room. Greiss is now in net but Nabby might return to the game.

Was just about to post asking what happened - thanks for the update, I hope he (and subsequently, my fantasy team) is ok!
It would figure though that SJ would go on and preserve the shutout - and of course, I would not get credit for it! I\'ll take a win though SJ has been struggling...

Confirmed that Martinek\'s shot actually broke the cage of Nabby\'s mask and cut him. You are correct, though, the commentator is speculating that he may return to the game in the 3rd.
