Sprained ankle. I didn\'t see a mention of what kind of sprain. This is unrelated to his back injury. I personally do not see an injury trend happening here. Its just bad luck. Band aid boy, might be a bit harsh. At least, not b/c he sprained his ankle.

BUT... here\'s the thing... he\'s had 3 concussions.

Lupul, 24, suffered a high right ankle sprain in Saturday\'s 1-0 loss at Montreal in the opener of the weekend home-and-home series.


This information is on the recent new page on yahoo when you click on Joffrey Lupul. If you take into account Sidney Crosby and MA Fleury are dealing with the same injury it\'s safe to assume he\'s done for the regular season.

Yeah, I feel just sad for him. He had a hard year last year and he was now showing what he was capable of...
