Points only Id go with Tavares over Perry as well. The peripherals obviously really boost the latter and I don't really see him being a perennial 50 goal threat like I do Johnny T.
Any Islanders is always boosted by no plus/minus as well
I've had a man crush on this guy for a long time and he's becoming a star now. I'd take him over Perry in most leagues unless the categories are more suited to Perry's strengths.
