As per Washington Post (link to follow), Mike Green has been placed on LTIR and won't be eligible to return until Feb. 1st (at the earliest). I imagine he'll wind up on Yahoo!'s IR tomorrow (Jan. 13th). Best of luck to all disgruntled owner's of 52 (including myself...).

Varlamov, while in WSH was a walking infirmary. Now, in COL is pretty healthy.
Green has been constantly injured while in WSH.

Green will continue to get injured due to his frail body combined with the fact that he does not know how to avoid the dangerous areas in his own zone, and does not know how to avoid getting hit hard. He takes the puck behind his net, then often holds onto it too long and gets drilled in the corner.
How about "constantly"?
