Hmm, I thought that I had a good start, but I'm a ways back. I guess we'll see how things lie after the rest of the teams have played their first games. Glad I switched out DSP, but sucks to lose Larsson after only 1 game and 1 point. The good news is that is looks like 20 of us lost him, so the advantage isn't that huge. 13 losing DSP should help a bit, too, as will the 5 who took Namestnikov. Tough to get an advantage in goal, as 27 took Campbell - hopefully Visentin doesn't s**t the bed.

You're right, I really should have checked my math again lol. I put all that together early this morning, it is 21 points.

The spreadsheet might have some errors (I hope not but it might) so it is a good idea to do some spot checks.

That. I usually work with box-scores (easier to track and put in the file as I don't have the stupid numerical order thing to deal with) and then do a team-by-team double check before the playoff rounds, then one around the medal games. If I miss anything, feel free to send me a PM. I know last year I missed a point on Leddy at some point.

In my infinite genius I picked Jenner as my last Canadian forward instead of Strome. I must've missed his name or something. Or I must have been brain dead from exams and tired from work. I'll go with that...

On my way to another bottom half finish. I know I said this last year but next year I need to cheat for sure.

Kidding aside: Any feedback on the pool format? Any changes you would want to see next year? I struggle with thinking about ways to get:
    a) diversity of players (hence the limit per team and 'captain' position)
    b) not too deep so people are intimidated to enter

I just realized that I picked Namestnikov and he didn't even make the Russian squad. Ugh, oh well. He was 17% picked so it looks like i'm not the only one.
