    Default Doughty's value

How are you guys valuing Doughty right now? Is he ready to bust out?
Slow start due to missing training camp?

Another GM offered Doughty for my Edler. Do I pull the trigger?

I own Doughty and there's no way I'd trade him straight across for Edler in a keeper league. Not unless it all but guarantees you win your pool. Doughty has had a bad year but all things being equal he'll out point Edler in five of the next seven years.

    Say no thanks!

For me its patiently waiting for Doughty to shake off the funk he's in and start producing at a much more consistent level...its been tough, but there are understandable reasons for the struggles and he certainly has shown good production in the past at a very young age. I'm willing to wait longer than usual for someone like Doughty because he can be one of the best D in the NHL and I have him at a fairly reasonable cost point in my league. I think its only a matter of time before he steps up

Doughty is one of the most valuable dmen in any keeper league. His value alone tells me that you should ship out Edler here. I really like Edler, but Doughty's long term upside is too good to pass up here. You list Edler in your sig, so I assume you're being offered Doughty for your Edler.

    I hope that helps.

Call me crazy but I would not trade edler for doughty. Edler is and will be a stud for a long time, and unlike doughty he is actually bringing it now.

    OK, your Crazy

No Offense to Edler who you can see is in my Sig. He is not even in the same discussion in terms of talent as Doughty and you would have to be CRAZY to think so.
