I trade O. Jokinen, St. Louis and Cammalleri for Big Joe

It\'s a keeper I can keep 10 at the end of the year

I have as keepers right now Spezza, Hossa, Kovalchuk, Radulov, Lundqvist and Kiprusoff. I have EJ, Campbell and Bouwmeester on D and am working on acquiring Phaneuf and Gonchar. I am also working on Vinny Lecavalier. We can only keep 10 of our 25.

Am I giving up too much?

Sure seems like a lot to me but I also live in the fantasy hockey house that says a) consolidate points b) if you make your team better then overpaying is a non-issue

Do you think you have the assets you need to get Phanuef, Gonchar and Lecavalier if you spend this much on Joe? If so - go for it. If not, which assets do you want of the 4 given what you can buy with your present assets? It might be Joe at this price, it might not.

You pretty much know where you are going with this thing DL and how to get there - let me just say that I understand paying this much for Joe and it doesn\'t concern me - only wonder if you could do it a little cheaper.
