Usernames in the Forums

While I look through people\'s advice I can\'t help but notice the interesting usernames we have these days. I\'m always curious as to how they were made up or of any hidden meanings. Some are obvious like my own but others are just downright weird. Example being Fongmeister,ultrawhiteness, etc.

Anyone want to share the meaning of their username? Shoeless filled us in a couple months ago and that one was definatly not an expected reason.:laugh:

Well for me it was back in high school (long time ago) and people would always call me Mack Daddy (ya I know very cool, lol)and then going for lunch one day almost got T-Boned by a huge truck and my girlfriend at the time says \"You almost became Smack Daddy\". Smack just stuck with everybody. 19 is just my lucky #!!!

Hence the Legend of the Smack began.

Mine is your typical nickname given by a buddy. I was bwhee years before J-Lo was J-Lo. Same formula, though...first letter of first name and first syllable of last name. B-Whee

Mine is pretty straight forward... I\'m a forester named Martin, and my favourite trees are maple trees because of their delicious maple syrup...mmmmmmmm.... maple syrup... excuse me

When I first started liking Mr. Gaborik, apparently I didn\'t know how to say or spell his name. It was a joke between some friends and I. Hence the incorrect spelling.

i\'m a pretty pale dude and in highschool i had this stark white, no-logo cap that i always wore, so i was \'white guy\'. then in university a couple buds and i each came up with transformer nicknames for ourselves (there may have been a few or many brews involved)... rattimus prime, ryanskatron... i can\'t remember the others. mine comes from the original loyal soldier himself, Ultra Magnus.

now you all know that i\'m not actually a white supremacist or anything!

The legend of Rusty Pickles:

In real life my nickname was always \"crispy.\" When I got onto boards and most web based things I found too many people had the same moniker for online usage. I didn\'t want to be Crispy_007 etc. So the first board I joined I decided to create a new moniker no one else had. I was watching National Lampoon\'s European Vacation at the time and I always crack up when the French girl says \"Roosty\" and giggles when reading Rusty\'s beret at the Eiffel tower; right before the yappy poodle chases said beret right off the tower. While I was registering and settled on the Rusty half, I was eating a delicious turkey hoagie topped with hot peppers and pickles. I love pickles on burgers and sandwhiches, and the thought of a Rusty Pickle just made me laugh. Thus the name was birthed.

[Torture]

Came from my days of playing Warcraft III online and continued into WoW (Which I thankfully quit about 2 years ago..)

My identical twin was Torment and I was Torture. Got the idea from a couple guys we knew who were also identical twins who went by Suspected and Unsuspected.

mine will call me out as being a complete whack job, but here it goes.

when i was playing highschool basketball, for fun, i would tell stories about a guy i knew steve, who didn\'t exist. i touted him as the best street-baller in the city of hamilton, ontario and told the most outrageous stories about him (i do things like this to entertain myself...told ya, whack job) which people believed.

around this time i got a university of michigan basketball shirt with a ball going through a flaming hoop (snicker) and it read \'enfuego\' across the shoulders (spanish for \'on fire\' for our non-spanish speaking friends). this became steve\'s last name and he became a sort of urban legend around our school, especially during an improbable city championship run.

phew, long story long, i now use some sort of variation of enfuego or steve enfuego in most online ventures and whatever vids i\'m playing.

my name was first on the list of weird names!

As for my name...

My last name is Fong.
I play ball hockey goalie.
After a second straight shutout game(competitive league), a teammate yelled \"good game fongmeister\"

thus the nickname stuck.

as for the Inc. for all my teams, I\'m planning to go into business/accounting someday, creating an accounting firm.

So Incorporated. but that\'s too long. So Inc.
