What do you guys think of Bogosian? A 2pt game tonight, giving him 8 pts for the season (22games). His PP time is up given Enstrom's absence. Is he worth a pickup in a points only league, say in lieu of Pitkanen for example? What are realistic expectations for him this year and next?

In a points only format, I really don't expect much from Bogo unless/until he gets moved into a situation where he could be the man. I'm thinking 25-30 points max for him this year and next. Long-term, I liken his upside to 50 in the right situation...but I wouldn't get excited until he's in that situation.

byfuglein actually being a real D has really killed his shot on top pp time while with the jets. I would say that he will get 25-30 since he will still get some 2nd unit time and 2nd pairing time. He will be goal heavy and will get plenty of hits making him a more realistic option in a lot of roto leagues.

Personally i would rather have joni over him. joni will miss plenty of games but will be at a 50-60 point pace while he is on the ice while bogo will only reach 40 if he stays healthy and byflugein misses a lot of time. Enstrom is more of the passer so bogo does not slide into all of his minutes very well.
