Two VERY different players. I saw Semin play several dozen times this season and in my opinion he\'s more skilled than Getzlaf. Heck, this season his play was flashier than Ovechkin\'s. On the other hand, Getzlaf has more drive.

I see them each scoring 90-95 down the road. Getzlaf is more likely to sacrifice offense to become a more complete player, though. I suppose that I would rather own Getzlaf (by a hair) in most leagues, except if positional requirements come into play.

I do think that Semin will outscore Getzlaf next season, at least.

My preferance would be to own Getzlaf. The PPG Line really \'came together\' in the playoffs and that will probably continue. Getzlaf does have an edge to his play while Semin seemed inconsistant. I would like to own either one of them but Getzlaf would be my first choice.

If your pool at all factors in playoffs then Getzlaf is by far the better choice.
