Glencross Traded

Anyone have any theories of how this will impact the playing time of brule or brassard?? Thanks

It won\'t. Glencross was playing on a checking line. If they were to give his minutes to Brule or Brassard, they may as well send them back down - will be better for their development. It gives Andrew Murray a lineup spot to lose. Tarnstrom\'s addition may affect Kris Russell, but with 7 points in 49 games and -9 (the only other D with a - rating is Methot with -1) he may actually be better served back in the A for now.

Thanks...I was hoping that Brule might finally have a chance to turn it around, but it looks like more of the same.

This is a great trade for the Jackets. They desperately need someone to QB the PP besides Fedorov. Tarnstrom isn\'t anywhere close to being an elite defensemen or PP QB but he\'s better than anything the Jacekts have right now.
