Mike Green (ankle) was able to participate in the Capitals' full practice on Friday.
Green also skated laps after the team's session. He will miss Friday's game, but this is a huge step forward from Wednesday, when he was only able to skate for about 10 minutes.

kcarrera on twitter reports that he is skating and taking extra drills, but still doesn't look "quite right". I would assume that means he will not play all three games this week.

here's an update on Green...
Mike Green (ankle) thinks he's ready to return to the Capitals' lineup, but he still isn't sure if he'll play on Tuesday.
"I feel like I could, it's just a matter of making sure I get a couple more skates in -- or at least one more," Green said. "I don't want to be a liability on the ice. I've only had one really good skate. For me to jump right back in wouldn't necessarily be a good thing. If I feel like I am (a liability) I don't think I should play." Green isn't experiencing any pain in his ankle at this point, but it's not as strong as it could be. At this point, it's more likely that he'll return on Friday instead of Tuesday.

Would you start this guy in a weekly lineup? It doesn't look like he will play tomorrow and he has two games in two days on the weekend. I think it would be very surprising if he plays both.
