Default Lucic vs Seguin in keeper

    Hi everyone,

I'm in a 12 person keeper league which counts G, A, +/-, PPP, GWG, Hits and W, SV%, GAA and SO. We keep six players each year.

There is a manager who really wants my Lucic. He currently has Seguin and is willing to part with him. However, I still think Lucic is more valuable than Seguin as of now.

    My team is currently
    C: Malkin
    C: Mike Richards
    LW: Parise
    LW: Lucic
    RW: Heatley
    RW: Jagr
    D: Whitney
    D: Pronger
    D: White
    Util: Roy
    Util: Burrows
    Bench: Ribeiro
    Bench: Laich
    Bench: Hemsky
    Bench: Hamonic
    IR: Markov

    G: Thomas
    G: Dubnyk
    Bench: Garon
    IR: Brodeur

I was playing around with trading my Lucic/Laich for his Seguin/Dubinsky. I was also thinking about asking for Subban as well and maybe throwing in one of my D. I know the winner of most trades is the manager who ends up with the best player, but do you think Seguin will keep up this pace and maybe even outscore Lucic this year?

    Thanks!

As much as I like Lucic as an underrated multi-cat stud, in a keeper league, and especially in your format which doesn't reward PIM or SOG, I'd take Seguin for sure.

Take Seguin. It's not even going to be a discussion soon.

Really? Thanks guys! I didn't realize Seguin was already at that level. I'm still nervous but I guess I'm getting closer to proposing this.

This is my take...you don't even seem to have PIM's as a cat. Easy choice.

Ok, so we are going to trade
    MY Lucic/Laich for
    HIS Seguin/Dubinsky
for sure but I think I can still get an upgrade at D. He doesn't want to part with Subban, but I can probably still grab Pietrangelo or Streit.

I have Whitney, Pronger, White and Hamonic
He has Pietrangelo and Streith. What should I offer?

Even if we can't work D into this deal, I am assuming to still go through with it though, right?

    Thanks!!
