Huet, Emery, or Legace

I need to choose 2 of the three and I\'m not sure what to do

Huet has a home and home against Ovechkin and company, then at home against both New York teams

Legace has the Laffs, than Anaheim (possibly Teemu\'s 1st game back) and Colorado

Emery sits tonight, them might start against Boston and or Toronto.

which two would you use, if you were more concerned with GAA and SPct. than wins or # of starts?

More games played and Emery jus looks like an idiot right now.

If Emery does not appear in any game and I had him dressed - Legace defaults in, but only if Emery does not appear at all, so is it worth the gamble that he\'ll have maybe 1 great game vs. Legace\'s steady numbers?

I would say it is for sure not worth the gamble. Solely, because right now, it is a major IF, that he starts. Also, if Emery does, by chance, get a start this week, he such a distraction right now, that the sens will most likely get the loss. So i say go with legace and Huet. Also, go habs go!

I think the Emery think is blown way out of proportion, but Legace\'s stats have not been stellar lately either. Here\'s the thing...I think Emery\'s stats are almost completely dependant on OTT playing really well in front of him [and I hate to choose a goalie I think can\'t steal a game or play real well on his own]. So chalk me up with the consensus Legace bandwagon as the better bet to improve his game in the coming week.

I like Huet and Emery here with this default thing. I don\'t see how you can lose.

Shoeless, the thing is even if this Emery mess get\'s cleared up with no long term effects, Emery is still an average goalie at best.

I don\'t mind waiting on a situation to right itself if there are signs the player will be worth it, however even when Emery has been given a chance he has been horrible this year except that game against Detroit. It is not too hard to imagine that in 5 years time Emery might not even be in the NHL. There are lots of examples of goalies just like him out there that are not playing right now.

I personally don\'t think the upside is worth the potential downside if you can get rid of him for even a decent goalie.

Any other goalie in the league would have had that job from Gerber long ago, it was sitting there on a silver platter. It is a testament to his lack of discipline that he is not even considered an option at the moment.

I went with Legace and Huet, not trusting Enery to have at least one good game, if the team didn\'t want to play hard in front of him.
