I don\'t expect a lot from him. He is not motivated. His actions speak to \'trade me\'. At the same time his behaviour certainly does not enhance his value, nor does his contract.
I am thinking that Ottawa would make him part of a deal if they could get another top 6 forward with Heatley being out.

I couldnt deal with the inconsistency. I got rid of him even though it was a risk that Gerber could lose the starting job. After 5 starts you could see the trend..good game, bad game, good game, bad game. His bad games were killing my GAA and SV%. I hope he gets traded to L.A. with ABSOLUTELY NO defensive support. Thats when you\'ll see an Emery tirade.:laugh:

There is really no sense in getting rid of him now - when he is at his lowest - unless you can convince the other GM that he value is still based on last year\'s numbers - tough sell.
I\'m on of the poor unfortunate Emery hangovers from the summer and grabbed him in a 10 team keeper league with my 3rd round pick (#29th overall). What a mistake, but there is no way I am moving him for a bag of pucks. I would rather bench him and consume a roster spot until he gets moved to LA or gets sent to the minors. Moving him now would be too risky because if he gets moved, you could potentially get a lot more for him in a deal... wait until the trade deadline to see where this story goes. I wouldnt be surprised if he is moved this week. The coacing staff and Murray have had enough of his eccentric antics.
