Well this blows. I really and truly believe McDonald would be the points leader on this team by the end of the year if he managed to stay healthy.

he was hit late in the second but returned in the third and played hard all period... his history does warrant concern, but i would wait for further details before getting too worked up and making a rash decision.

Apparently the risks I took are not paying off. Hemsky, now MacDonald...sheesh.

No one in that list jumps out at me as a long-term answer, but Prospal is off to a nice start with Carter/Nash. Maybe ride him in the short term.

The fact he's been 'sent back' to see a DR is NEVER good news...here we go again. I should have known better to avoid another band aid boy. As for a replacement....anyone other than Brassard..he's banged up already too and oh yeah, he reeks.

I'm thinking about picking up Luke Adam and dropping McDonald in my 1 year. I figure Adam is getting a ton of ice time and he looks really good on that top line.
Plus the word "concussion" is being thrown around with McDonald and with his history I really don't see him returning anytime soon. Might as well have a slot where I rotate the hot player!
