    Default Luongo on the Block

    Hey everyone,

Bobby Lu is on the block. I've talked to the GM before and we discussed some sort of deal involving Kane/Rinne for Parise/Lu OR Giroux/Lu. I'm actually liking Rinne a bit more and Luongo less these days but he does carry a name which Rinne does not in my league.

Both offers seem fair to me but I might be too in love with Kane to give him up. However, LWs are impossible to get and Grioux is going to be a beast. Thoughts? 1st league in sig.

i would take Giroux-Lu. Just because of their respective teams with your multi-cats.

    Otherwise, it's pretty much a toss-up.

The GMs offer is Briere/Rinne for Eriksson/Luongo. I'm not too stoked about it to be honest. We'll see.

I would stick with Rinne and PKane.

Canucks are going to be pretty good again...but I think Luongo will play a bit less this year than in the past. He's not going to lose his starting job to Schneider, but I could see Lui getting around 50-55 starts as the club keeps him fresh.

Rinne, on the flip side, should see around 60 starts again...and he's younger overall.

As for the side guys, I'd rather have PKane than Eriksson...and would probably rather have PKane than Parise (age).

PKane and Giroux is more of a toss-up to me with a definite leaning towards Giroux, but your chance of getting Giroux has to be small, I would think. The guy is a stud.

Edit: just saw it was amended to Briere vs Eriksson. I'd take Eriksson due to age, but would still much rather have Rinne than Luongo.
