I don't think Nicklas Backstrom's actual value is that high in mega-multi-cat leagues.
That said, he has perceived HIGH trade-value... and I think you could get more than Lucic.
I wouldn't necessarily decline this offer - you may say you are interested but feel you are getting the short end. Perhaps make this trade into a 3-for-3 where you get an upgrade with the 3rd players that you feel evens out this deal.
Great suggestion. Point out that Quick has Bernier breathing down his neck as well (even if I think Quick's a great guy to own). Try to push for an upgrade with player #3.

I actually think this is a pretty fair deal, considering your format and taking into consideration that Calgary is going to be brutal this year. How ever I do agree with everyone else you should push for a third player as Backstrom's perceived value is way higher then it actually is.
