So what makes this interesting is that you only start one goalie. I'm guessing you have a trade on the table and this will let you bring in the youthful Fowler at the expense of downgrading Price. Well sir, don't do it. Price is a top 5 goalie and your D is not in bad shape to warrant such a trade. In having 2 of the top 5 goalies you will probably win the goalie cats without any problem. You'd need a much bigger upgrade to drop from Price to Backstrom. If it is D you are looking for, you should be looking for Doughty or Green with a trade like that. But even still if it were me I'd be staying as is.

There is no way you should do this trade. Fowler is a nice looking young dman, but not worth this

I'd probably keep Price. It's not worth the downgrade in goal just to get Fowler.
