He wants B.Richards Malkin and Price for Crosby!!! I've offered Iggy B.Rich and Benn and this is what he responds with.....So the question is should I even bother with anymore trade offers and if so what do you guys think is fair value?? Team in Sig

I would just walk away, Crosby isn't cheap but if you have to move Malkin to get him then pass. The difference between the 2 isn't huge, then you also lose a top 5 G in Price and Richards who has huge trade value right now. Not worth it, and who knows if Crosby will even be the same player he was. Lindros went through the same thing and struggled for the rest of his career.

The bottom line is that to land a top player like Crosby a top player [at least one] has to be included. I wouldn't trade Crosby without a Malkin or Price coming back either. Iginla, Richards and Benn looks like a lot, but it's a lot of depth...not supreme keeper value. You low-balled him IMHO and he shot back with a ridiculous request of his own. Consider the trade score tied at 1 apiece.
If you really want Crosby you will have to trade at least one of Malkin or Price + additional players. If you're not prepared to include either of those players then walk away and be happy with what you have. If you'd be willing to add at least one of those go back to the GM and say you'd be willing to include one, but not both of those players and then negotiate from there.
