We have a 3rd year keeper league that uses a somewhat unique method of ensuring a competitive and constantly changing league. Basically at the end of the season each manager is allowed to assign a 'contract' to players from their roster and thus keep that player through the length of the contract (and requiring the player to be released into the draft at the end of the contract).

This is the first year where players have contracts expiring and thus there are quite a few high end players available in the draft. Next year will offer even more, and the following year will see Ovechkin, Crosby, etc available in the draft.

There are 12 teams that play in a h2h yahoo format. Rosters include: 3c, 3RW, 3LW, 6D, 3F (any forward position), 2G, and 5 bench.

Scoring categories: G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SHP, GWG, SOG, FW, HIT, Block;
Goalies: Win, GAA, SV, SA, SV%, SHO

It's a pretty fun league and the contract setup allows for teams to improve from year to year as long as you are a skilled drafter. Please let me know if you are interested.
