this is a no-brainer with the salary cap. Quick is making in 2 years just over what Crawford will make in one. To top it off, Quick has better stats.

I've got enough space for either, so while cheaper is nicer, better is better

Quick is still better than Crawford in every single stat category

Quick is definitely the choice here. Crawford won't like Mr. Salak backing him up. The people that worry about Bernier forget that the Kings are committed to Quick until Bernier proves he's better than him. Justin Goldman said he is one of the hardest working goalies in the NHL.

Thanks for weighing in. Not for the league in sig. I've got Rask waiting in the wings, so even if Bernier does get Quicks job in 2 years, I'll be ok. How do I distribute rep?

unfortunately, you don't have rep points yet, so your rep contributions don't give anything but praise yet. I'll give you some to get ya started

What you do is you click that little scale in the top right of your post, click I approve or I disapprove, and give a little comment

Yeah you won't have rep until you get some from other forum members. As TK said, just click the scale right next to the number of the post in the right hand corner. I'll give you some as well, welcome to DH .

Tossed you some rep as well. As a Quick owner (non salary) it's reassuring to hear the comments on him as well. Welcome.

I have to agree with everyone else here. Quick is going to soon be mentioned among the games elite goalies. His salary is dirt cheap right now for a goalie who is the definite #1 and will post such amazing stats.

Crawford is a very good goalie on a very good team but Quick has proven more than he has so far. I easily take Quick here.
    Without me, it's only "aweso".
