Since you are so educated wendy, define ground zero.

    of course I'm not.

However, I simply could not resist the urge)

I dunno exactly what happened, I think only a handful of people in the world know the exact details, but there are 2 things I am certain of:

1)the U.S. government did not tell the truth about the events of that day...too many things do not add up. Who knows what their motivation for lying is, I won't speculate but they definitely did not tell the truth
2)the level of disrespect, greed and red tape involved in getting help to the firemen and other early respondents on the scene is absolutely deplorable. If some otherwise healthy 40-something firefighter who was at the trade center site is now dying of aggressive lung cancer, you GIVE HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT, all these ****ing ******* lawyers and politicians blocking the money from getting to the families of these people need to be lined up and shot in public because they are ****ing slime

Watch the documentary on how they were built. It will answer this question for you.

These conspiracy theories prey on the gullible and paranoid. Its easy to get lost in the noise. In the end, what isnt possible from your point of view? There are much easier ways to achieve a war, steal money, oil grab, <insert theory's objective>, etc.

i applaud the dobber community to keep this topic light and comical as it can easily get out of control with personal and emotional feelings.

I am one who has stayed away from the discussions and videos of 9/11. I didnt haven any personal connection to it or know anyone who lost their lives but i am still affected by the memory of what happened. I prefer to think of it as a tragic event that happened and leave it at that. Rather than find fault or cause, or retribution or revenge. All we can hope to do is learn from these events. Sometimes we react with emotion and the initial reaction is not always the right action (does not take away from those who put their lives on the line) but we can look back down the road and question if we are a better society today based on the results. My personal take is we have a lot more learning to do but thats my opinion. The problem with reacting, is you have to keep reacting.

sorry, that post came out a lot more serious than i intended.

I do find humor that the poster of the OP has become upset that no one has taken his OP seriously when he clearly wanted to stir up emotions and has failed at it. At least thats my opinion.
