Hamhuis (NSH), Seabrook (CHI), Girardi (NYR), O\'Brien (TB), Salei (FLA), Jones (PHI), Morris (PHO), Coburn (PHI)

I don\'t necessarily need a D, but I\'m curious to know if he\'s worth less that these free agents. If so, I\'m going to drop him for the best player I can find.

I\'ve got the EJ dilemma myself in a 1yr H2H leage, but I think he has too much upside to drop him outright.

Johnson should be improving as the season goes on, and with Wagner sent down recently, I\'m hopefull that EJ will see his role increase and that we\'ll see some semblance of consistency sometime soon.

I\'d try to package him in in a deal before dropping him.

I read somewhere recently that he has been demoted off the 1st PP unit. I am not really seeing the production from him in a 1 year league that would make him a clear cut choice over several guys you have mentioned - depends on league format I guess. But he certainly isn\'t screaming to be kept and yes I would let him go if you have a good option and don\'t really need the D guy.

One of my golden rules for one year pools. Avoid rookie defensemen. It usually take them a few years to figure out how to play in the big league. Phaneuf is the exception and a freak of nature (love that guy!).

I\'d probably keep EJ over any of those others you\'ve listed. The closest is Coburn, but really I\'d prefer EJ over him as well.

I\'m an EJ fanboy too but he\'s just not scoring. I cut him loose for MAB, believe it or not.
