Default I'm also going after Kovalchuk!

I think Kovy could have a great year, even without Zajac. Guy in my dyansty league offered a bad trade for a center. He is weak there already and Zajac is injured so he has a pretty big hole to fill.

My roster and league settings in sig

    His roster

    -Brad Richards
    -Mike Richards
    -Travis Zajac (IR)
    -Tim Connolly

    -Ilya Kovalchuk
    -Ryane Clowe
    -Tuomo Ruutu
    -David Booth
    -Jussi Jokinen

    -Corey Perry
    -Marian Gaborik
    -Ales Hemsky
    -Ted Purcell
    -Cal Clutterbuck

    -Alex Pietrangelo
    -Tobias Enstrom
    -Ryan Whitney
    -Andrei Markov

    -Ryan Miller
    -Semyon Varlamov
    -Martin Brodeur

I was thinking of offering Vinny and Pominville or Wheeler for Kovy, do you think I could get more? Or is this nowher near Kovy's price?

IMO you should try Wheeler and Vinny. Pominville is a proven offensive contributor and Wheeler to me is more of a guy that leaves you wanting more (but is younger so people fall for the hype).

I'd try lecav and mueller. I say mueller bc he is a LW. If he is giving up his top LW he probably would want a replacement on the LW. He wouldn't want 4 LW and 6rw just think about the balance to his roster.

If he doesn't like lecav I'd try to offer couture. Since ts yr one of a dynasty he might like the youth in couture and his hype.

Both are a bit low ball offers but it might get you talking

Good point, Kovy is a LW,RW so I didn't really think about his wing balance. He doesn't like either Mueller or Fleischman.
