Your extendeds don't give a significant enhancement to one player or the other. A 50 point Hartnell, is about equivalent to a 60 point Kulemin. Kulemin did a bit better on the PP last year and also had a SH point. That all sort of offset Hartnell's 140PM.

So, it comes down to which risk you prefer.

Does Hartnell rise 10 points due to the departure of Carter/Richards?
    Does Hartnell stay the same?
Does Kulemin slump or take the step to the next level? For the moment, I'd like to see him repeat his 57 points.

I think I'd take Hartnell and the safety he represents. 55 points, quality PM, and a few extra teams points.

Give me Kulemin, he gets better year after year. Hartnell is pretty much the same every year, but I'll take the upside play here in Kulemin.

Hartnell is an easy choice for me. I see him getting at least 50 points this season.
