Also considering Pronger because my team is lacking hits at the moment but for now I'd like to go for the most valuable player, which likely isn't Pronger.

OEL is the clear keeper stud here. I'm unsure what production you may see from him in the next 1-2 years and Franson may do well in Toronto, but I think you have to go with OEL
Between those two it's OEL easy.
OEL if I have no problem waiting.
It's tempting to take Pronger now as your situation calls for " winning now" however, I think if you do not take OEL this might be the last time you have the option of getting him. I'd go with OEL regardless here.
Same as others if you need Pronger to put you over the top now do that...
