What is the point of having a keeper pool and keeping 1 player? Make no sense but to answer your question I would keep Malkin. With only player on each team being kept you better keep one of the best keepers in the NHL.
Are you able to trade Perry for picks? If so I am sure there is someone with a keeper worse then Perry.
