    Default Huberdeau or Strome?

I have the 3rd overall pick. Not looking draft for category.

Skater Stats: G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SOG, GWG
    12 teams H2H

I was thinking I should take Strome but would like an 2nd opinion before I pull the trigger!

I think since you hate the islanders, and these 2 players are not that far apart fantasy wise. If I were you I take Huberdeau.

Strome for me, going to be the better all around guy while still putting up 30 points...just might take longer to get there...If u are trying to gill a hole Hubs should be playing next season so that is something to think about as well...close to the same player though

Ugh..toughie here...I traded up to get both to cover me either way haha

Strome will have the better supporting cast while Huberdeau should have a clear shot at being top dog in FLA with much less of a cast to support him.

I'd say point wise Huberdeau has a bit more upside than Strome but I think Strome could be the better goal scorer.

Either way I think you win here but my personal pick, if I had to choose, would be Strome

Where did the OP say that he "hated the islanders"?

For me, these two are really close but I would take Huberdeau ahead of Strome and especially if leagues distinguish wingers.

Huberdeau for me. upside upside upside. And he flat out plays and plays. He'll fill enough of your cats down the road to make him worth it. Probably has an easier opportunity in FLA too since they have NO great forwards in the pipe......

Huberdeau for me. Mainly for same reasons previously mentioned. Huberdeau was drafted with the potential of being the go to guy. Strome was drafted to support Tavares. Also I like that Huberdeau has played both wing and center in junior.

Pretty unknowledgeable assertion imo... Bjugstad, Howden, McFarland, Grimaldi are all better than decent forwards. Matthias and Repik could prove something yet as well. Give me Strome.

Huberdeau without thinking twice. Strome might have a Skinner-like breakout in the next two years, but Huberdeau is the better long term option.

I am changing mine to Hubs then, your going to need help on the wings in the near future...Vanek is awesome if he was not made of glass!! You are pretty good up the middle with Mckegg, Granlund ,Kuznetsov..Tedenby is probably going to replace Franzen soon as well he does not seem to be able to play a full season either!!!
