Will he get back to his 55+ pt season after missing the entire yr this part season. If you had to forecast his 3/yr outlook, what would you predict?

Hes definitely in a great situation coming into next season.

I have my doubts on whether he'll be able to reach 50 pts next season.

Unless he has no lingering issues with his shoulder, then maybe.

But surely hes coming back to some better talent after all the young-ins got another yr of experience.

    3 yr outlook....
    next yr - 46 pts
    yr after - 53 pts
    yr after - 50+ pts

total guesses on the pts... take it with a grain of salt.

There is almost always an adjustment period after coming back from a major injury and missing a full year. I see him getting around 45 next year and 50-55 the following two years. 55+ is possible but I think it would be an exception rather than the norm. Each year, there's only a handful of defensemen that hit 55+ and it's unrealistic to expect Streit to consistently hit it.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

I expect very nice thing's from the Isle PP next year, with Streit factoring largely in that. Of course we will have to see in training camp/pre-season how he is adjusting with missing a year and his injury.

Like the other's I do not expect over 50 next year, however I do think he will put up great PP stats so if PPP, PPG, PPA are weighted in your league expect nice results in these cat's.

I've been mulling over whether or not to draft him this year in my keeper league. I don't think the other owner will keep him because of last years injury. If he gets around 45 points, then he's worth drafting pretty high for me. I don't have the stats for this, but does he get a lot of SOGs/HITs/Blocked shots?

in 09-10 he had 78 hits 132 blocked shots and 187 sog with 9ppg and 13 ppa.

Pretty good across the board, bit low on hits, great on blocked shots, good on sog, good on ppp.

Had more than enough time to recover. Might be a bit rusty to start the season but he's averaged 55 points over the past 3 years and the Isles have only improved. I'd expect ~50 this coming year and 55+ following that.
