    Just wondering what everyone thought about this guy. Do you think he will make the Islanders out of camp next year? I think with all the FA they will lose in the offseason, he will be called up

    I read on the Islanders website that he will inform his coach (U of Minnesota) by 1 June whether he will return for the upcoming season. The Isles management will not rush him to the NHL.

    My personal opinion is that he isn\'t ready for the NHL yet and should enjoy another year of University. I watched him at the World Junior\'s this past year and he didn\'t do much (7-0-1-1) to standout. He looked good, but didn\'t put up points or dominate.

    I just read on the Islanders web site that he will return to school for his sophmore year.
