Thomas, Howard, Neuvirth, Bernier - Which 2?

I can only keep 2 of these guys for the next season, but I like to stay young. Who would you keep? I apologize, but I do have this in the goalie area, but I'd love the goalieguild's expertise on this.

Thomas is a great goalie but he will be 36 next year. I would go with Neuvirth and Howard. They will both be starters for very good teams for years to come. Bernier is a solid prospect, and may be just as good or even better than the others, but we don't know how long it will be before he either gets traded or will get to replace Quick.

if not, deal Thomas to a contender for youth and keep Howard + Bernier
if so, I'd keep Thomas and Howard and make a run for it

Why would you give up on Thomas just because he's older? He still has a few great years left in him. I say keep Thomas and either Neuvirth or Howard. At this point because of the playoffs I'm thinking Howard is the better option.

We aren't in a league that does playoffs. I'm thinking ahead for next year. I just worry about the whole Rask situation and the Holtby situation for Neuvirth.
