He will be among the league leaders in combined special teams points for years to come. He still leads the league at the moment. He is the qb of the first pp and a valued sh goal scorer. While I agree he may max at say 80-90 pts but if 30-45 of those are of the special teams variety, they carry more significant weight. Normally I value centers very low but I will find a keeper spot for Richards. That is how he wound up on my team in the first place (Horcoff and Richards were my big grab a good center no one values at all for this year as I largely kept wingers, and will do so again).
Also, not too shabby in the face off circle if that is a stat for your league. He has 439 fows so far this year.
