Default Use 6th waiver on Avery?

As you can tell my LW is very weak. I have a pending trade giving my Conklin/Smyth for Cammalleri. I know the other manager is interested, but not 100% sure if he\'s ready to accept.

If I should burn my waiver, who should I drop? Labarbera has been completely blowing, but I may need a 3rd tender. I\'m kind of tired of Knuble but I\'ve been waiting for Gagne to come back to see how he does. Recchi may also be done his run.

    Forwards/Defensemen
C: Olli Jokinen (C), Nik Antropov (C), Derek Roy (C)
LW: Zach Parise (C,LW), Ladislav Nagy (LW)
RW: Nathan Horton (C,RW), Patrick Sharp (RW), Mark Recchi (RW), Mike Knuble (RW), J.P. Dumont (RW)
D: Sergei Gonchar (D), Andrej Meszaros (D), Pavel Kubina (D), Joni Pitkanen (D)

IR: Ryan Smyth (LW) IR, Jonathan Toews (C) IR

    Goaltenders
G: Ty Conklin (G), Jason LaBarbera (G), Rick DiPietro (G), Ryan Miller (G)

Not sure you should bother. Avery might be playing with one hand all season long.

    sorry, cats are: G, A, P, +/-, PIM, PPP, SHP, W, L, GAA, SV%, and SO

it\'s a 12 team H2H. i\'ve been doing fairly well each week at PIMs. I do need the LW help though. the best LW currently available is J. Jokinen.

i\'m tied for 2nd right now. i definitely have some room for error between me and 6th (the last playoff spot)

would avery really help my playoff run?

I agree. If he has surgey then he\'s done 4-6 weeks. If he plays he won\'t be able to fight and his effectness would be minimal.
