the guys been a bum for the past month and doing horribly against weaker teams and the night that i was like theres no chance he\'ll do well against LA, he goes and shuts them out!

LAs forwards were streaking hot and then they lose 7-0 and chris mason gets the shutout and CGY loses to PHX, i was fuming!

You know, all day, I told myself I couldn\'t trust mason. Every time I thought that maybe he could bounce back, he lets in 3 goals in 4 shots, or 6 goals in 20 shots and gets pulled. He\'s ruined too many of ym H2H matchups for me to remember and stay sane.

So when I forgot to swap Mason out of an active goalie slot, and saw they were facing the Kings, I was terrified. The kings are among the worst teams in the NHL, and that usually means they\'ll have a great day when mason is in net.

Then Mason got a shutout.
SO I\'m pretty happy right now.

If LA ever got a good goalie, I believe they would be a domiate team !!

Please let this be the TSN turning point. I\'ve only recently gotten myself out of the gutter in my main H2H pool. Mason playing the way I expected would help me get some respectability back.

I went from not starting Ramo and Mason (thinking they would hurt more than help) to deciding to start Ramo...and then later I decided to go back and start Mason in the Experts LEague.
That decision gave me two wins and just my third shutout of the season. woo hoo!

theo got a star,lol.i did\'nt get screwed in net but i benched koivu in favor of o\'sully , koivu 2 - o\'sully 0 , ouch!

I\'ve had Mason all season and with all the inconsistencies and not playing since Dec 27 I decided to finally drop him (thinking Ellis might take the reigns) and get some short term help with Theodore and he gets a shut out win!!! Of course he gets picked up by someone else before I have a chance to get him back...oh how I hate you Chris Mason....
